Baad Bunny was born as an exercise in art flexibility. In 2016 Diane’s mother noticed she had stopped drawing or painting after her older brother passed. Her mother reminded her to keep drawing or risk losing the gift altogether. Diane created the “Baad Bunny”. Her reluctance is shown by Baad Bunny’s expression, sticking out his tongue as a sign of quiet defiance.
